Contacted host who offered zero assistance for 3 days.When they did close windows, again could not close them when opened.Slept in a strange city for 2 full nights with open bathroom and bedroom windows, 3rd night with open bathroom window. I would not recommend this apartment or host under any circumstances.

Negative: Problem with hot water. threre was none for 2 nights, had to fix it oursrlves, no support onsite, message support only after contacting Booking.com
