Terrible the owners took no responsibility for the damage to my car and offered 20% of our stay Positive: They didn’t supply WiFi you couldn’t get a signal on any our phones. We had to leave a day earlier as the reason my sister in a wheelchair and my sister we visited was diagnosed with terminal cancer. The free parking was a disaster my car was damaged due to a lose broken slap Negative: Nothing

Positive: A well‑sized flat, nicely equipped, and in a great location for travelling to both Edinburgh and Glasgow. Negative: This was the main issue: the flat had a strong smell, even with the windows left open, mainly coming from the WC drainage, which made it uncomfortable to use. There was also no internet connection — the router was there, but it wasn’t working. To make matters worse, the mobile network coverage in the area is very poor. I’m with O2 and had a very weak signal, while some other networks had no signal at all.

Positive: NOTHING! Negative: Host cancel my booking a few hours before my check-in as he/she had overbooking!
