Terrible Positive: Desayuno????????

No Hot Water and no resolution Positive: Place is clean and looks nice Negative: To start, the flat is three floors up, so you will be climbing a lot of stairs to get into the flat. The Wi-Fi does not work. It will show you as connected, but having tested it on multiple devices, you cannot load a thing. The flat had no hot water during our two-day stay. When we reported this to the support number provided, we were asked to send photos and were then told that the boiler was faulty, but that the shower was electric and should still work. It did NOT, even on the highest setting. We ended up having cold showers. The room with the bath/shower also had no lock on the door, and the door does not even shut properly. Hopefully, you are close to the people you are staying with, because when you shower, the door stays ajar unless you place something heavy against it. The sofa bed is the smallest and most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept on. It fits one person at a push and was so uncomfortable that I had to sacrifice the duvet and use it as a mattress just to be able to get some sleep. Overall, a very disappointing stay. I usually never leave reviews, but having no hot water to shower with, no resolution when we raised the issue with the support team, and considering the amount of money we paid to stay here, is simply not acceptable.
